Pumpkin pie

For Thanksgiving Ezra really wanted pumpkin pie.  Because I was making pumpkin bars for snacks at church that weekend I told him I wasn't sure I'd have time to make the pie.  He then suggested, he'd make it.  Like I'd say no to that!!  Which, I think he was counting on!!  :)  Since it was Saturday and our special dinner wasn't until Monday, he doubled the recipe so we would have a taste-tester-pie for the days beforehand.  I love the way he thinks!!
